When you use the contact form or private hire enquiry form on this site, we collect the details you submit — your name, email address, and optionally your phone number and message, plus (for private hire enquiries) your event date, type of event and number of guests. We use this only to respond to your enquiry, and process it on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering questions from people who've contacted us. We keep enquiry emails for as long as reasonably needed to deal with your enquiry and for our business records, then delete them.

We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for marketing unless you separately opt in to that somewhere else (e.g. a mailing list, if we offer one).

Form submissions are sent as an email via Resend, our email delivery provider, who process the message on our behalf to get it into our inbox. We don't share your enquiry details with anyone else.

The "Book a Table" button and links on this site take you to KuulSeats, an independent booking platform, to make your reservation. We don't collect or see any details you enter there — you're dealing directly with KuulSeats, and their own privacy policy and data handling practices apply to that booking, not ours.

We use two analytics tools to understand how the site is used, so we can improve it:

• Vercel Analytics— counts page views in an aggregated, anonymous way. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you individually.
• Google Analytics— uses cookies to help us understand visitor numbers and behaviour. This only runs if you accept analytics cookies in the banner shown on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer.

The map on our Find Us page is an embedded Google Map. Loading it may allow Google to set its own cookies, under Google's own privacy policy — this is separate from the analytics choice above.

Under UK data protection law, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. To do so, contact us using the details above. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we add new features or tools to the site. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
